Iida Masterclone - Nice clean mahogany two piece flange banjo from ye olde 70s with all its parts included. I can set it up but I really don’t want to guys, c’mon. Comes with the original case, strap, and even the key (?!?!) so you can lock it up in the event that it’s haunted, or if you sleepwalk, or if someone wants to see your all original prewar Granada that’s definitely in this unassuming 70s case here. “Sorry friend, I don’t just open that up for any old gawker. That’s why I have this fancy key here...”
Prewar GB-3 Neck - A project that I’ll never get to. Maybe you want to never get to it too? Maybe you like Neil Young more than seems reasonable to most disinterested onlookers? Maybe you want this prewar Mastertone inlay to finally get “that” sound? In any case, here’s a nice easy bolt on project. (Needs a bolt though.)
And finally—last and definitely least—is this...... um..... it’s a..... uh....,. Neck! It’s a neck! Definitely a neck, a cool old vintage original SLINGERLAND (yes folks that’s right please keep your composure) neck from beyond the grave!
Really though, probably needs a new fingerboard or some quite extensive restoration. Make an offer, just want to remove it from my dreams so I can sleep again.
Shipping available! Offers welcome!
Also anyone want to buy these gold plated Grover 2-tabs? They’re actually pretty cool! 120? 80? I don’t know, numbers don’t mean much to me anymore. But dare to dream.
Neil Young plays a GB-3? So what?
Anybody actually interested in that neck you can about bet was inspired by Sam McGee. If (like most banjoists) you wonder "what the bleep is a guitar-banjo good for, anyway?", listen to him, especially the GB/RB duets he cut c.1928 with Uncle Dave Macon.
Both necks have sold!
