I am confident a tee shirt with some version of recent quote that includes "try harder not to suck" will be available soon.

If you wear one, what will it mean to you or what are you trying to express to others?

If I saw someone wearing that t-shirt, it would tell me that the person wearing it is a bandwagon following numbskull with no originality who wants to be identified as being "hip" by wearing clothing with the latest idiotic buzz phrase. Try harder to original would be my reply.

Usually the only writing on my shirt is the tag in the collar, and I don’t even read that, mostly because I can’t find my glasses and can’t read that small of writing

If I wore one, perhaps I would add an image of a broken banjo. Brad

Not trying to close any thread but this one is WAY more political than Al's social media thread which got shot down quickly.
But if I thought that such a message would actually improve matters then I would paint it on my house, my car, and perhaps my face as well. But that would be futile.

I try not to keep up with poly ticks anymore, it’s much too depressing now.

but I didn't realize either one were political

Based on the origin of the quote, the wearer would have simply identified himself as too vile, loathesome, and worthless to concern myself with.

I have been told this many times...in many different words. From bosses, musicians, wife, kids, etc. No need to make it political, eh. Brad

Not many Republicans invite me to their parties. Seems reasonable to me.

Nice way to get a topic shut down but that's your M.O.

I worked at a Pizza Hut when I was a lad, our saying was "everything here sucks except the vacuum, and it blows"

When I wear my Banjo Union shirt, I am occasionally asked, "Do you belong to a union!"
Which catches me by surprise. You ever try to describe a union, that is not a "Union." The historical perspective of the term and explanation loses your audience pretty fast.

No idea about that one. I avoid poly ticks and other loathsome creatures. I like the BHO Union shirts because they have a pocket. Otherwise almost all my t-shirts are Jeep or Navy spook related.

I get interesting tees made for me.
One was a Christmas present saying Davis Custom Bridges with a hand painted bridge in the background.
Another was a picture transfer of me putting my lobster boat on the mooring.
I love my arty friends.
