Does anybody recognize the make and model of the banjo being played here?

I used to live on the 45th . I agree, the simplicity is very difficult to get right sometimes these days.
I'm very interested to see if anyone knows.

I was just listening to a "Picky Fingers" banjo podcast interview with Clarke Wyatt, the banjo player
in this video. I think maybe the banjo in this video is a banjo that he built that he calls "Woody".
He talks about the banjo at some length in the interview. It's got a block rim with a walnut tone ring.
Part of the reason he sounds like he does is because he's using plastic fingerpicks.
