Looking for the DATE of the oldest known photo of a banjo player

Somebody asked me when the first photograph of a banjo player was taken.

Not super important, but this is THE place where IF somebody knows, would be most likely to be a visitor.

My guess the banjo player would likely be Joel Sweeney.

Date...before his death in 1860.

April 1st probably. And i'm sure the caption was pretty insulting to banjo players.

Was it even called a Banjo back in the day? Is a gord banjo in the running or does it have to be an open back, etc.? Can it be a cave drawing?

Do a Google search similar to this: Banjo Daguerrotype. I found some from the 1850s.
