When you asked 6 years ago, you said it was in a Frank Neat Granada. Did you ever ask Frank Neat if he knew anything about the rim?

You might also write to Banjo Newsletter to ask if they've ever run an ad, press release or review on the rim.

The "OLD ONE" is a Gold Tone neck. Take off the "G" & "T" & you have OLD ONE
A friend of mine has done this to several Gold Tone articles
No idea what "OLDE TONE" is

From the spelling of "Olde," It seems possible to me that this rim was made by a citizen of a Medieval village in Merry England.
