Good dark and early morning from Kingston, Ontario. It's 15C now, and is supposed to hit 26C with increasing cloudiness. It should be a good day for cycling. Bryan Bowers, the autoharp wizard, played Mariposa Mainland at Harbourfront in Toronto on this date forty years ago.

Have a great day!

Good morning, my 788 HangOut friends, and everybody else.
(HAD TO check the number of Friends, since somebody from WHO'S WHO wants to interview me, and I wondered how much faymusser I would even WANT to be).

Got some yard work needs doing, although if one were to interview the weeds, they would probably express a desire NOT to be chopped down.
Do plants have FEELINGS? Maybe.
Do I deeply CARE? Not much.
PEOPLE whom I loved have died.
Can't imagine a good reason to spare weeds the same fate.

And on THAT cheery note....

Good Morning from calm, overcast and humid Northeast Wisconsin. Not too hot today, 81f being forecast but dew point going up and thunder showers being forecast for later.
Going to spend most of the day stacking firewood we split yesterday.
Have a good day, keep safe.

G’mornin’, everyone. Cool nights in the 50’s,, warm days in the 70’s,, but smoke is still blocking a lot of sunshine. Have a great day!

For us up north, I think so. 15C outside in a breeze and cloudy sky. How about that?
We can actually see clouds!

For those down south, things are going from bad to worse.
Some 4200+ properties evacuated. Now the wind is going to pick up. Gusts to 40 kph across the region and some places 50-70 kph. That's enough to push a wildfire down hill into the valley bottoms where most towns and villages are.

I think that the entire structure of my house has finally cooled off. Just 20C in the kitchen
so I can oven bake supper.
