Anybody know what the exact size of the resonator screws. I've tried 6-32 Machine thread screws and they are very close but just a tiny bit loose.

Contact BHO member banjo guru Don Bryant.
I believe they are 6-40. The 6-32 has a 0.1117 pitch diameter; a 6-40 has a slightly larger pitch diameter 0.1218. That's why the 6-32 is a little sloppy/ loose fit in the resonator wall lug.

Can a 6-40 be found anywhere?
You can get 6-40 screws. My ‘26 TB-3 has the small lugs and use the 6-32 screws. You should verify the lug female thread first. Don Bryant confirmed the ‘25- 26 small wall lugs are 6-32.
6-32 is almost too loose. It's not a true fit. It might work but's it's not accurate. It's loose enough it's possible that it could strip out.
