I've decided to sell off some stuff including my Todd banjo. The skin head had split sometime over the years so I took the banjo apart to replace the head.
Inside there is glued the manufacturer's paper label with the number 787 hand written on it. Todd was a banjo builder in San Francisco and patented his banjo design in 1891. I have only seen two, maybe three Todd banjos over the years so I believe they are quite rare. Just wondering how many Todd banjos were made. 787 seem to be a rather high number.

I plan to list it on BHO classifieds, just wanted to discuss it first.

Not a problem, just wanted to remind you to follow the rules. Nothing wrong with discussing it first.
