Good dark and early morning from Kingston, Ontario. It's -5C now, but will be +2C during the day. This past evening was the Elm Cafe online session. We had a jazz group and a solo jazz guitarist along with some of the regulars. I went back to the banjo for a change, and sang John Hartford's "Old Time Riverman", using the Jake Neufeld open back. What are you playing lately?

Have a great day!

That Neufeld peghead stirs up some memories.
I’ve been running my RK77 Elite lately,, the Gibby needed a rest. By June I’ll be hammering away on the ODE.

Good morning from the shore of Lake Michigan. Another day promising to warm to almost 40F and melt this winter away. Have a great day everyone. It's also the day I get my second Covid vaccine!

Good Morning from foggy Northeast Wisconsin. 21f and visibility down to 1/4 mile. I can always tell because the neighbors tree line is about 1/4 mile across his field from our front windows. She got her second covid19 shot yesterday, so now both of us are done with that.
Have a good day, keep safe, keep warm.

Another pleasant late winter day here .... -5 C overnite.... cloud is dispersing and soon we'll be "eating rainbow stew with a silver spoon underneath that sky of blue."

"Melt this winter away..."?  Huh??  Reminds me of several years back at Shamattawa, MB. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shamattawa_First_Nation  [Go ahead, click it, it'll do yer heart good!]  Anyhoo, one winter the question arose as to whether we should have the school's winter carnival before/after the spring/Easter break.  A teacher, who actually wasn't new to teaching in the north, asked whether there'd be enough snow left after the break.  The principal deadpanned: "There'll  be enough snow in May."

Hope everybody has a good day.

I had one of the earliest Neufelds back around '77, but, like an idiot, traded it in. Been kicking myself ever since, until I saw this one at the Twelfth Fret in '19. I traded the 100+ year old Orpheum for it.
