Good dark, cloudy, and quite early morning from Kingston, Ontario. It's -5C, dropping to -9C overnight, and rising to 2C during the day. They say we'll get snow, but at +2C it will either be wet, heavy snow, or it won't last (keeping the fingers crossed).
This morning's painting is an oil sketch, "Tar Paper and Lit Sky", by Lorraine Franklin Casey (1907-1968). Frank Casey lived in northern Ontario (except for his time at the Ontario College of Art in Toronto), and was taught by, among others, J.E.H. MacDonald of the Group of Seven. We purchased this from his daughter, Iris Casey, who creates wire sculptures out of her Stonedragon Studio in Prince Edward County.

Another pretty decent day in the 'Berra, but warming up now with temps of 9-30C (48-86F).
The early morning photo of the bridge is less than 1km from where I work (if I wasn't working from home).
Last night's sunset shot taken from the school oval about 1km SE of home.
You have some terrific artwork Paul. I think paintings can capture a mood/atmosphere better than a camera. Keep posting 'em.

Good Morning from clear and cool (27f) northeast Wisconsin. Finally a day this week with nothing scheduled. Supposed to get down in single digits tonight but that is pretty normal. Will get the fireplace going and heat up a couple of tons of stone and concrete to keep the basement family room warm today.

Yeah, it turned out to be a pretty good day. Out for lunch that was a bacon/tomato/cheese panini and a bowl of broccoli/cheddar soup ( excellent, as usual). Collected a herb & spice order so old, I forgot what I had asked for. Gave away some smoked olive treats. Bought cat litter and cat treats and LED light bulbs at the hardware.
Ned to turn on the oven for another belly-full of freezer surprises.
