I am a long time BIAB user. Your best bet will be to purchase the product that you can most afford. Each real track may use other tracks not included in 11, 33.
Yes, their website is confusing. You may also want to call their sales folks. The early sale price has either just ended or will end very soon.

I've been using BIAB since 2004 and have the basic package, no frills and it's plenty if you're trying to learn, work on breaks, work on backup, learn new songs to sing and/or pick.
It's fairly easy to input chords to any song and play it at any speed and in any key. The instructions are confusing, but once you get the idea, it's really very easy.
If you can afford the extras and want them, go for it. If your budget is slim, just get the basic package. You can always go back and purchase those frills later if you wish to.
Just my thoughts, for what they're worth.
I wondered what "BITB" was. It is usually referred to as "BIAB". "Band In a Box" includes some Style files. But you may have to purchase a few more, depending on the type of music you play.
Become a member of the Pgmusic Forum/Band in a Box and experienced users and Pgmusic employees answer questions. It does not cost anything.
