It's been a glorious day in the capital with temps of 13-29C (55-84F) with apparent temps 13-24C (55-75F). Currently (at 9pm) it's a delightful 15C (59F) with a cool easterly breeze.
Today's photo (not mine!) is looking along the Murrumbidgee River Corridor with the Bullen, Tidbinbilla and Brindabella Ranges in the background, Sweet Bursaria flowering in the foreground, and the red tinge of Kangaroo Grass. Taken a little under 5kms (3mi) due west of home.
I'm late, I'm late ...
Good morning from still dark Kingston, Ontario. They say it's -8C but I just woke up and put out the garbage and it doesn't feel nearly as cold. It's supposed to hit 0C today. They also predicted light snow overnight and flurries during the day but the driveway is bare bones dry.
Thanks for the posting and photo, Nels, and for the pic, Chris.
Have a great day!
Good Morning from cold and overcast Northeast Wisconsin. Wind chills in single digits so wearing heavy duty winter clothes. Got a dental appt this morning then a lot of errands will end up driving about 100 miles today. Taking a large insulated coffee cup and think that lunch will be fast food.
Have a good day, keep safe, keep warm.
