Done on the BBQ, today, Dec. 3!! Can't remember ever being able to grill outside in December, but it's plus 2 C today, and it would have been a waste not to do it. The shrimp are giant Argentine pink shrimp, cooked from raw, and served with a honey-hickory smoked BBQ sauce as a dip. Yummmmm!
I think I could manage that load in my panini press (16-20 prawns?)
Must have been wonderful off the grill. I cook outdoors to -15C.

Terry takes boneless chicken breasts & splits & pounds them flat. Then she stuffs them with Swiss cheese & ham & wraps them in prosciutto. Pig .cow, chicken wrapped in more pork!
I just wish I could get a picture of one cut in half before I wolf it down!

You can see a bit coming out on the one on the left. I just asked & she doesn't pound them . She just makes a pocket by cutting in from the side with a fillet knife & wraps it tightly with prosciutto.
