...and having sold my trike [avatar pic] I'm having some difficulty trying to justify buying a Can-Am Spyder.....

Better go quick ...... only one left!
I'd like to do a 200 mile trip on a nice day in a Polaris Spyder. 2 liter, 4 cyl, 178 Hp.
Brian, do you mean Polaris Slingshot or Can-Am Spyder [made by Bombardier]? This site https://www2.tc.gc.ca/motorvehiclesafety/safevehicles/importation/usa/vafus/list2/POLARIS_INDUSTRIES_INC__8_0.htm says that Slingshots are "inadmissible" for importation into Canada. However, IF I'm reading things correctly, there seems to have been an outbreak of sanity in the office of Canada's registrar of vehicles.... a few years ago Harley was the only "admissible" make of trike.... now it's been expanded to include most commom makes of motorcycles.
Three posts in... I might as well get to the inevitable thread drift. Re. "trikes," testing, and I assume physics, says the 2 wheel in front [eg. Spyder] is more stable. But I much prefer the style (?) of the motorcycle conversions [2 wheel kit on the back]. Anybody have experience with both? Your thoughts? For the MC conversion is an "easy steer" neck strongly recommennded?
