Today is my wife's 70th birthday, and we are sitting alone at home sharing a small bottle of champagne. Ten and twenty years ago we have had dinner parties for the friends and relatives. This summer we planned to have a party, but due to the pandemic we postponed the party. Our daughter with husband will come to dinner but we don't expect any other visitors (but there have been some phone calls from those who missed the anniversary dinner).
And while writing this post we got the information that my wife's brother and his wife has been tested positive for Covid-19, but they seems do to it well. They are at home and have the essential medicines and have contact to the hospital, just in case....
Wish your wife a happy birthday from the Hangout folk, I'm sure we all wish her many more.
I hope your brother and his wife come through their Covid with no problems and quickly.
Best wishes to your wife, Jan and I hope your extended family gets well soon.
It's a shock to discover that you're sick with anything for any reason.
I hope they recover without any lingering after effects.
I wish for a speedy recovery for your family. Enjoy the bubbly! brad
Happy birthday to your wife, Jan.
I hope all goes well with your wife's brother and sister-in-law.
Yesterday was my wife's birthday, and we went to a restaurant - the two of us plus the daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. On Monday Kingston goes to code yellow, which means you can't have a group of more than six at a table. Toronto and nearby areas will go to code red, which is pretty much a lockdown. Had Kingston been in code red yesterday, I would have saved a lot of money.
Wish your wife a Happy Birthday from the North Woods. Hope your family gets better and next year you can have a big blow out.
