Liz: Good looking pizza. I'm looking for variety. My test posts are 5" x 5" x 64" wood carvings.
TV Chef, Bob Blumer, cranked out a grilled pizza book that I've just begun to read.
I was looking more for some variety in pizza dough formulas and sauces and toppings.
Have not got that far yet.
The essence, to begin with, is to partially cook the crust over direct heat.
Then pull it out, load with sauce and toppings then indirect heat to cook the whole thing.
Already, I do apple/pecans/blue cheese and pear slices with prosciutto.
Far better than I imagined.
