There are a few places in southern Indiana that I have seen on Craigslist. I don't know about the quality. These days everyone seems to be looking for natural edge lumber, but here is one place in Bloomington.
They have a pretty good selection of species, which is usually a good indication that they have some experience in drying their lumber.
You can search on Craigslist to see if there are other places in your immediate vicinity. Use the pull down list upper left to see the other places in your area that don't show up in the initial search.
Cole Lumber has several locations in western Kentucky. Their plants in Paducah, Murray, Eddyville, and Madisonville are all fairly close to you. I don't know if they have exactly what you need but it can't hurt to look them up.
I was going to suggest Cox Lumber in Campbellsville but it seems they are more into building materials now.
