I've recently learned about these "Picky Fingers Banjo Podcasts" and have been binge listening at work to catch up with previous installments. This episode features Steven Moore who has won every major banjo contest in the U.S. at least once. He's an awesome player who has been helping me develop my line of fingerpicks, which he talks about at length at the end of this interview.

I hadn't heard of Steven Moore before, but man am I impressed. And those sure are some pretty picks.

This podcast is a virtual gold mine. The latest has an in depth interview with Greg Deering and I thought I'd heard/read it all by now, but nope. Highly highly recommended.

If you haven't already, also check out Toy Heart, a similar interview-style podcast hosted by Tom Power (a Canadian public radio host and fellow banjo player): toyheart.fireside.fm/
