I made this video for the Online Old Time banjo contest...which I didnt win : ) However, I thought I'd share it on here for those who are not able to access it through facebook:

I play this with my friend Molly McBride on her album "Goodbye my honey, I'm gone" which you can still get at Elderly here:

I got a lot of inspiration from her fiddling.

Thanks so much! I used to play this a bit more "somber/reverent" with straight time - once I started playing with Molly all of my tunes got bouncier and I especially love putting a bit more bounce in Coleman's March!

Great! Yes, definitely "bouncy" but mighty fine! I confess though that we played the more sombre version at last Sunday's jam. I first heard it at Centraila Campout a few years back when J-Walk played it and it went to the top of my gotta-learn-it list. Carry on! banjered
