I feel as though I need to give a brief description of what's been referred to by some as the "Robins' Style" of banjo playing. I've had lots of influences over the last 55+ years in the music business but always tried to come up with a sound of my own. I'll play "Short'nin' Bread" as an example for Day #8 of my 100 Tunes in 100 Days Challenge. Thanks for listening!

That makes sense, and I fully enjoyed it.

What a great short musical essay on playing the banjo. A lesson in itself.
Clocking In at just under 8 minutes, this is a master class in bluegrass banjo. Thank you, Butch Robins.
