I was given a set of Keith tuners they were in a Keith tuner box. But they have smooth buttons not the usual notched buttons. They also have no markings on them but from what I’ve read that is common. Please help me identify if these are indeed Keith tuners and not just Schallers in a Keith box. I’m wanting to sell them but I want to make sure they are legit before I post them for sale.

Schaller, not Keith. Button shaft is square, not spined on Schaller tuners.
