Looks sharp. Interesting to see one with the thumb lever to open the block. Always thought one of the small-bore baby rolling blocks or Sharps would be fun to have. I've looked at them from time to time but the price keeps me away lol.

Rolling blocks are cool beans, the Army should have used rolling blocks instead of trap door carbines, back in the frontier days.

Used to have a rolling block many yrs ago --- don't remember the caliber or what I ever did with it but it was heavy !

That is why I piece them together..

It is not ...really cheaper...

But I do get the tools too fer the same $.. :0)

The side lever is custom...

I did not do it..

 

It was found in an estate of a gunsmith..

I bought it caws it was neet..

N..now trying  to finish it..

Just figger.. the guy that passed.. might like that.. :0)

Cool. My local gunsmith has a .22 on his rack that caught my eye. I asked the price and he said 'not for sale' and then showed me why. It had an integral supressor built into the end of the barrel. Neither he or I have ever seen one like that.

I have had that thought in the back of me head...fer ah while now..

 

But nixed the idea..after talkin to me ATF..folks..

 

Just do not want to buy the permit..nor have  that hassle of it..

Btw..mine would have been in 38 special...fer coyote controle..
