He he he, I’ve just had a little chuckle to myself at my wife’s expense.... I went to pick up a ‘click and collect’ grocery shop from the supermarket- I do t think she’s quite got the hang of online grocery shopping, I know the kids like tomato soup but I think k it’ll take them a while to get through 15 cans !! The kitchen cupboard currently looks like an Andy Warhol exhibit !

Most of our soup is homemade.   However, we do buy "condensed" tomato soup and mushroom soup; I don't recall ever buying it in less than a case [i.e 12X 284 ml cans].  ...same size cans over there?

On the fly-in reserves we got most of our groceries flown in directly rather than through Northern Stores.  Baking powder was on a list I was preparing to fax to the store [in Wpg. or Thompson], so I asked my wife "what size?"   "I don't know... a big can."  So I put "big can" and we got one about 5" diameter and a foot tall.   She had been thinking the 225 g. size [about 2.25" X 5"].  We took out what we wanted and gave the rest to our TA. She baked for a fairly large family and was glad to get it.  All's well that ends well.
