Nice lyrics, catchy tune.

Umm, maybe I shouldn't say "catchy", under the circumstances.

What the ????     ....don't know why I'd be interested in Randy Newman's PSA.   ....don't know why anybody [aside from my wife and my doc] might be interested in mine, but just in case, the last two were .79 and .70.    cheeky

We've had 35,000 new cases in the US in the last 24 hours. That's the largest daily number we've had.
The numbers are getting bigger, not smaller.

My close friend's doctor is telling everyone who comes to her office to buy 2 weeks of groceries and stay home.   And that's in a rural county with small population and only 4 virus cases.

I'm going to take her advice. I just bought the groceries.

Many of my neighbors are in and out and 'round about, despite a shelter-in-place directive from the mayor, and a "recommendation" from the governor. They don't get it.

To quote my old friend from up north who's not scared of anything, "This thing is deadly."

It doesn't care if you're young or old, or how much money you do or don't have, or where your grandparents came from, or what your beliefs are. It's just looking for the next body to attach itself to. Any body will do.

If it can't find anyone to attach to, it will eventually die and go away. That's going to take some time.

Please, everybody, for the sake of yourselves, and those you love, and those you don't like, buy 2 weeks of groceries and stay home.

John, it took me to about the :05 mark to figure it out, but I have to admit that on seeing "youtube" I had initially thought it was going to be R.N. telling a joke about PSA.  I'll also admit that the last couple of months has me just about all PSAed out ... so a joke about PSA would be a welcome reprieve.

Owen, great minds think alike. I was at the hospital last week, getting the results of my PSA test (numbers climbing) and planning next steps with the doc.

My first impression was that Randy Newman has prostate cancer.

I guess if you're close to an issue, lots of things look like that issue.

Still, good job by Mr.Newman, whom I saw in the Seventies. He was quirky and funny as all get out then, and still is. Thanks for posting, John.

Don't touch your face.
