Is there a TAB around for this? looking for Jim MIlls version with Dolly, thanks
Slap a capo on the first fret. Capo fifth string on 6th fret. I don't have a spike there so I capo on the 7th and tune down. Or you could tune your whole banjo up a fret like Earl.
The chords now would be: D G D Em C Am Em C D
I think he is playing a D7 for the D chords (0 2 1 0)
The main roll (string numbers) might be something close to: 4 x 4 x 1 2 3 2
Now all you need is impeccable timing and a billion dollar banjo and you will sound just like Jim Mills :-)
