What are you needing and cannot find in your locale? Could be goods and / or services.
I cannot find oatmeal in any local stores. Who could believe that such a basic and plentiful item would be sold out! It will probably just get worse.
"Give me cornbread when I'm hungry. Corn whiskey when I'm dry". Everyone join in. Seriously, we are making do with what we have available. Been eating cold cereal at least once a day. Milk and cereal are still available.
We can't find any good rice. No Jasmine or Basmati, just plenty of yucky Minute Rice and Uncle Ben's microwave pouches, etc. Everything else has been available, if willing to search a bit.
Bread flour. I went to the grocery today and found everything I needed except bread flour. The store was pretty much fully stocked. I went to the store across the street, no bread flour...then I went to Walgreens, didn't expect to find any there, and guess what! No bread flour.

Flour - I can't find any locally or on-line.
Talent, but got lots of practice time
I just placed an order through Amazon Pantry. By the time I got to checkout, I received the error message on several items: "item no longer available".
Estimated delivery date for the remainder of items... April 22!

I'm 90 percent off the grid here on the farm, pretty much self-sufficient, 'cept for fuel/oil and what electric my solar panels don't produce.
Only shortage I'm having to deal with is a shortage of bluegrass jam sessions, I'm tired of pickin' by myself !!
I've noticed stores are very low on canned soups, frozen pizzas and dinners - which shows that if people are forced to eat at home they still won't learn to cook. That said I stocked up on canned soup and bought three dinners.
Last week I went to one supermarket and there was one egg left, not one carton of eggs, but one egg. I left it for the next guy.
No toilet paper, why I don't know, people aren't using anymore. They are preparing for the zombie apocalypse. Went to five stores to buy hand wipes - finally found one small packet, after asking - it was hidden behind the counter - there were none on the shelves - it might've been for the staff and there kind enough to sell it to me. That store had it's grand opening the day before - a Walgreen's taking over for a Rite Aid..
But other shelves are refilling up - hopefully supplies will return to normal.
Good luck out there.
When the smoke has cleared...
Folks will use the left over TP...
I'm OK so far.
Would be NICE to have a live audience to interact with.
But, even Colbert & Seth can't get that, and they're RICH!
No real issues here - Yet. It took a few goes to book a grocery delivery. But it's coming soon with the only missing items being cat food, tinned anchovies and my favoured brand of crackers. All of the fresh meat, fish, fruit, veg etc. is there as planned. I'm guessing this will change. The online grocery does seem to have a lot of missing prepared and frozen meals. So I think richE is correct that, even with their enforced leisure, people don't want to cook - or have forgotten how.
Other than that basic essentials here in our community are being managed sensibly and efficiently. Food stores are limiting purchases to a maximum of three of any one item. Folks that I’ve spoken to are understanding, stoical, patient and good-humoured and completely aware that we help each other by heeding social distancing guidance.
Even the mysterious, furtive and obsessive toilet-roll hoarders seem to have finally realised they’ve only got one arsehole and given up their pointlessly selfish scheme.
From what I’m reading the very specific and serious shortages are being endured by medical staff. Hopefully that is made the priority.

There is a serious shortage of common sense in my area.
I'd like a longer temper but I can't seem to buy one anywhere.
Same as a lot of places.
I have no idea what is or isn't in grocery stores since the city put a "no more than 'x' number of people" in the store at a time. Lines that snake around the outside of the store .... and people are NOT staying 6 feet apart, they are bunching up, waiting to get in the store.
My WalMart has kept me in stock of anything necessary.
I most miss our kitchen gatherings for music and Scrabble.
They've postponed vehicle inspections and registration for the nonce and I'm getting extra road duty from my old truck.
Thank you Texas for yesterday's "Stay at home" order.
Patience, but then, I've always been a bit shy of that commodity.
Of course, I also don't suffer idiots very much.
