Gong Hei Fat Choy.

We had three amazing Chinese New Years, courtesy of the Vietnamese Boat People our group sponsored in the early Eighties. They invited us to their apartment in the Kensington Market district for dinner three years in a row, and it was the best Chinese food we ever had. It certainly wasn't take-out!
