Sorry to have to ruin your childhood memories, kids, BUT---!

Turns out that Bambi's mother was a very WICKED ungulate, and was shot while robbing a liquor store.

You can't see it in this  surveillance  photo, but she's holding a small pistol in her teeth.

Here's the tagged evidence:

Disney's greedy minions always sugar coated or simply IGNORED   the parts of the story which might affect their TICKET SALES $$$!

Well done that man.  I chickened out on the deer I butchered recently - diced the meat to mince later. We eat a lot of minced venison, my wife has lost 80 pounds on a low fat diet - venison is great food in her book!

Raised our 3 kids on it . Mike Seeger came up from NYC a long time ago to buy an open back banjo from me & stayed for supper & asked what the meat was that tasted so good ? By the look on his face upon telling him maybe we should have told him otherwise ? Maybe his religion was not acceptive of it , I don't know , but he seemed to
enjoy it .
By the infectious possibilities I read about deer meat lately I'm glad that is long over with for our family but then there is so much BS about what you should or shouldn't eat now days , you could become a starving alcoholic .

That should save you a buck or two instead of having to pay for it at a shop.

It goes or anywhere between $8-$15 per pound here.  We get $1.50 per pound at the game dealers (gralloched no head/feet) jacket on.  Sometimes a local butcher asks me for any spare if he has a customer asking for it, then I get paid in sausages and bacon - that’s my favourite price.
