I like Transcribe by Seventh String. Slow down as far as about 10% with no loss in pitch, as well as other tools like splicing etc. Not free but worth it.

I'm using ASD (amazing slow downer) and I like it as well. Connects to my spotify playlist and you can pull in any song on spotify, It's not free as well though.

"Easy to use" will mean different things to different people, but I use an app on my iPhone and iPad called Amazing SlowDowner. I tried a lot of things and this was the best option I found however there is a learning curve, they have Android and Windows/Mac desktop versions as well.

I used the free "lite" version for a while but it has limitations, I paid for the full version and like it a lot.

I use the app "Music Speed Changer" on my Android phone. It's free and you can adjust both pitch and tempo, as well as set custom loops within a song.

I appreciate all the replies, think I'll try Transcriber. Seems like the easiest one for me.
Thanks everyone.
