So i grabbed some standard Martin strings for my Gibson long neck and found to my annoyance that the 2nd and 3rd strings are not quite long enough to reach the pegs. I did a google search but all i got for my efforts were bloodthirsty advertisers trying to pimp their products... as usual. I am pretty sure that last time i got strings for this thing i just grabbed a standard pack. Does anyone here know who makes strings long enough?

Thank you. That answers my question on where to get them. I swear though, that i remember standard strings being just barely long enough to work. Am i loosing my mind in my old age?
GHS strings fit on longneck banjos.
I use D'Addario EJ60 light strings on my long neck. I get them from Amazon. Dave L.
GHS or OME.
I use D'Addario strings on all the banjos here, and they fit long necks banjos with no problem.
No one explained this to Martin, the winding on the 4th string is too short and runs out, not fit for a longnecketeer.
