I'm wondering how to adjust the "saved searches" that I have. For example, every time someone puts up an ad for a Chuck Lee Banjo, I get a notification.
I set up this search many years ago, and I would like to add some others, but I can't find where to do so, as the website has gone through many (many) iterations since then. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance, Ron
I wonder if what you're looking for is "subscriptions". You subscribe to whatever interests you and whenever something comes up, you get a notification. Might check into that and see if it does what you want it to do.
Subscriptions are found on the left hand side of the page, click on forums and then subscriptions. If you have no subscriptions, it will say so. If you want to subscribe to something, say a forum, you'll find a "subscribe" above the top post. If you're looking for a specific banjo, find the name of that banjo in the classifieds and click on advanced search, fill out and and then click on save this search. You will then be notified when a banjo of that type comes up.
Does that help?
Thank you, Sherry! That did indeed work. The part I was failing to do was clicking through an the ad to get to an actual banjo. I was trying to do it before getting to an ad. Thanks again for your help!
Glad I could be of help to you. That's why we mods are here.
