I'm looking for a wider and thicker neck with a radiused fingerboard. If anyone has a good one laying around that is cut for a one piece flange let me know! Figured I'd check here before I went and had one made.

Wider and thicker than ????
Wider and thicker than the standard traditional mastertone neck.
Prucha is now offering parts, and you can order a wide neck with a radius that is made for a 1-piece flange.
The necks are offered in the double-cut or fiddle peghead shapes, in a variety of woods and inlay patterns, and are available in degrees of finish from rough to full lacquered. They can be bound as well.
I don't know if they can be ordered thicker, but the standard Prucha neck is what I would call semi-full; it's not as deep as an old Vega, but it's not exactly thin either. The standard shape is a nice C, and I have never played a Prucha that didn't feel wonderful in the hand.
They're probably fairly expensive, but the work is always as good as it gets.
Wide, thick profile necks are pretty rare. By wide I am guessing 1 5/16ths plus. Extra wide necks out there today are custom made, and usually tend to have a thin radiused profile. Thick necks have been falling by the wayside for a few years now. You will almost surely need to have one custom made.
