I've tried to contact a banjo seller using the BH's "Contact Seller" button several times over the last several days. So far, I haven't had a response back. Is anybody else having this problem? I can think of a lot of reasons this could happen, but thought I'd check here first. BTW, the listing # is 76624.

There are lots of reasons the seller might not have replied. It's the weekend, maybe he/she is at a festival, on vacation; maybe the message went to his spam folder and he/she hasn't checked it yet. Maybe the item has been sold and he just hasn't responded.

Who knows why? Give it some more time and if he doesn't get back to you in a day or so, contact him again, just to see if perhaps the first message went astray.

I know of no way to be sure if a message went through.
