Bloody Caesar. Michelada is moving in!
The one thing I missed in this pic was the Canada fancy Heinz tomato juice I used.
I rimmed the glass with some local sea salt Caesar shake & chili powder.
I dumped some in the glass too. I looked up tajin & it's made of zest & peppers, cummin, garlic & a bunch of other good stuff. One of the rim shakes I saw doubled as a BBQ rub.
I like that the drink is still a bit carbonated after stirring unlike a caesar.
Where has this been all my life!? You could make this with a Budweiser zero % alc. prohibition beer & it would still invigorate you.

Looks delicious, did you take this photo in the afternoon or do you live in a movie studio?

I took it about 4;30 PT when I got home tonight. My first beer. I get off work at 3:30 & it takes 1 hour to travel the 38 kilometers home from work. I put my camera on "Food" mode.
I missed the tomato juice can because both times I was tweaking this it didn't take all of the juice on top of the beer so I drank the rest of it right out of the can!
Remember when meals at diners came with a little glass of tomato juice?
HA! I have some of that SaltWest Seasar Pleaser. Thanks for the tip on those.
I bought some salt from Bowen Island but they are Mediterranean sea salt with apple/cedar/crushed berries. OK as savory salts go.
So help me out here......you mixed all those items with your beer?
Yeah . Yesterday was recycle day so this pair sampled buddy 2 doors downs box.
They are cute & jet black.
I would be worried about the location of mom. She was probably not happy when the kids disappeared.
Yeah Don! we jingle our keys when we go to our cars in the morning!
