I have just retired to Crossville TN and looking for any Bluegrass musicians. I play some Scruggs style banjo but more rhythm guitar. Some 3 finger style guitar. Good harmony voice. Any jams locally? Any places I can go to listen to Bluegrass? Thanks for any help.
We have a jam about every Sunday at the Sweetwater Flea market. Right on hwy 68 just as you get to I 75. South end of building at Harley’s Music Store. Come down and join in.
Very cool. Congratulations on retirement. I really like the thought of retirement to east TN.

Also, if you know of any Bluegrass festivals around or close to Crossville (even if they have passed, I’ll put them on the calendar for next year) let me know.
Ricky Skaggs entitled to his instrumental song Crossville after that town. Just a bit of music trivia for anyone who might think it’s interesting.
