Tell me if the link worked...please..
Yup, it worked, fig. I never had a chuck box, but did drive a chuckwagon - a ‘64 Chev Stationwagon......
Yep, it worked for me too, I'll have to get pictures of the chuck wagon box my wife's uncle had made, he gave it to us as we are the only ones that he knew that still went camping.
They had them when I was in Cubs & scout! I have some plans saved in my favorites but i don't do that much camping anymore.
Yes please post pics..!
I think I wanna make one of these things.. :0)
N..I..finally have figgered out how to post these vidios..! :0)
Every boy scout patrol on our troop helped our dads make one. No pics from back then . But similar shape as the one in wagon train, as I recall. About 2 sheets of plywood. So 4 feet wide, a slightly slanted front, about 18" deep at the bottom, maybe a foot deep at the top. Front dropped down and hung level with internal chains. Ours also had a pair of bolt on legs using wing nuts, long enough so they bolted to sides of box at a height where drop down front was near belt high. Inside had one main shelf and a few dividers. Legs came off, front locked with hasp. Fit into our troop trailer. Brad. All dimensions guessed from poor recall!

Google Chuck box, then click images. Many versions.
The link doesn't work for me. The video shows a rendering error and tells me to reboot my computer - which is odd in itself. I'll try again later.
great design, I would need a much larger basin because, I'm a little sloppy with the water and suds.
