Dan, yes It's very true. That was at the Fire Station Inn in Anaheim in 1967. Where were you then? Eddy

Eddy. I was in high school in 1967 (los angeles). I've been reading Sonny Helmer's book. A lot of funny stories. How did you manage to go down the firepole head first without hitting your head at the bottom?

Nice song Eddy. You make me want to buy a tenor, but then I'd just burn it after listening to you. BTW, in 1967 I was doing stuff that made me feel like I was sliding down a fire pole upside down.
