Several years back a gentleman on this site posted a link to a free book he had put together that had a color coded system to make all kinds of chord shapes from major chords to minor 7ths and such on four string instruments that were tuned in fifths. Does anybody remember that book and have an idea if the link still exists or how to find it.

Thanks, that is not it. However, that is pretty helpful on inversions. Maybe when i get home i can see if my limited technical abilities i can scan the one page i have from it into a message and see if it jogs anyone's memory.
