I am selling my 1966 Gibson Epiphone. See link below for more details:
I would like to get this banjo sold as soon as possible. Extenuating financial circumstances force me to part with it. Whoever buys it will get one awesome banjo. Recently set up and ready to go! This one won't last long. Serious parties can PM me. No reasonable offer refused.

For clarification, I would love to keep the banjo, but I simply cannot do so at this time. Don't be afraid to shoot me an offer! I would prefer a local transaction but can always ship out of state if needed. This is a very fair price for a banjo like this.
First serious offer by tonight will get a discount of 10 percent. This banjo will not disappoint! I will be removing the ad on Sunday night. Please don't hesitate to respond!

So the rim was cut and the tone ring added? Or was the original tone ring replaced? The ad isn’t really clear about that.
The rim was cut (it was originally an archtop profile rim (from a 1960s Bowtie of which I know almost nothing about)) for a 1980s Gibson Crowe tone ring. I have no idea by whom or exactly when it was done, but whatever the case, it sounds great. The ad has been updated to reflect this info.

Price reduced to $1500 - an absolute steal for an instrument like this!
Honestly, I need to sell this banjo within a day, due to the nature of my current situation. I don't have time to argue or speculate about how much I would miss it (it is more important to me that I get it sold) - I would love to see it go to a good owner at least.
Don't pass up this great bargain! I would not hesitate to rank it with the best bluegrass banjos made today. If you don't have one of these, you have NO idea what you have been missing!

Price further reduced to $1400. You can't go wrong purchasing something like this at that price.
Please note I have changed the shipping to "Buyer pays shipping charges."
I have shipped several instruments (had free shipping on them) that were pretty expensive to ship. I will not ship an instrument with free shipping unless by special request.
