I have a 1926 Gibson Ball Bearing TB-3 with a custom short scale (19 fret) neck installed but have the tenor neck also and is being refinished... Love to know people's opinion of what this might sell for with both necks. All bright work is good, BB's and springs have been cleaned and re-installed. Nice newish secure case.

5 string neck was made by Tommy George and inlays match the original design.

I just have little idea what these might sell for today

Thanks in advance

Is the 5 string neck 19 frets or is there a separate repro full length 5 string neck? In REAL good shape with a good quality regular 5 string neck, $3500 tops IMHO.

The five string neck is 19 fret and the only neck besides the original tenor neck. I must say the whole banjo is nothing short of pristine in wood, bright work and new neck... Given what. you say, I would think $3K would be a fair value but I'm only searching for opinions and I thank you for yours ;)

Thanks,
Mark
