Today I dusted my collection of banjos a bit. The first you can hear is a Gibson clone, made in USA, the second a Leedy Solotone, the third a Paramount Style "C Special" partially restored by the great Vinnie Mondello and fitting a natural head. I usually don't like the calfskin heads, cause they give a tone less brilliant than Mylar's...but, in this case, I've found that it sounds nicely "vintage". Do you agree with me?
Go Marco! I love the sound of them all......and of course, I love the way you play them all. What kind of mic do I see ?
Thanks Marco, Brilliant.
Hi David, thank you for your nice comment! I use a Behringer T47 microphone: good pro quality, not too much expensive.
Have a nice week!
