Hey Everyone,
Wondering if I can get some help with the tune Caravan.
Eddy could you do one of your tutorials?
How about ideas from everyone on how you approach static chords;
Develop embellishments to melody lines, etc...

I've heard this tune played so many different ways, from gypsy jazz, traditional and even a nice slow rendition from Johnny Depp from the movie Chocolat.

I would like to hear from as many as people as possible.
cheers
mike

That is one very haunting tune and I really liked playing it but have not for some time now. I assume you have the sheet music/lead sheet for it. I need to refresh myself but did not find it too difficult to learn and play. Love to see what Eddie or others come up with...

Agreed, the tune is not difficult.
I tried to attach the chart but can't seem to do it.

You can buy a full lead sheet for a few bucks from Musicnotes.com. Original key is Fm but it can transpose for you to anything you like.. Fm is not that difficult and fits nicely on the tenor fretboard..
