Notes: It can be instructive to compare the approach to a tune by different masters. In the tab you will find breaks to the tune "Out in the Cold World" by Don Stover, Earl Scruggs, and J. D. Crowe. They are generally similar, but the subtle differences are worth noting. Stover's break was recorded with Bill Monroe in 1957. Scruggs's break was recorded with the Foggies (as "My Wandering Boy") in 1964. Crowe's break was recorded with the Bluegrass Album Band and released in 1990.
