Nashville Blues

Genre: Bluegrass  Style: Bluegrass (Scruggs)   Key: Dm  Tuning: Dm (aDFAD)  Difficulty: Expert

Notes: Here is a lovely original tune by Mr. Earl himself. It employs the D minor tuning, which Bill Keith also used in his stunning arrangement of Little Sadie. My version of Nashville Blues contains a particularly challenging single-string passage in measures 27 and 28, and I have shown the right-hand fingering I use when attempting to play it. Try it at your own risk.
