Thanks for this! I used to play this years ago, before a 20 year bringing-up-children banjo hiatus, and I was trying to remember it. One comment: I strongly suspect Bela gets measures 59 - 62 beginning with the third string at fret 16, second at 15, first at 16, with middle, ring and pinky (pinky on the first string) and playing 2-1-3-2, then dropping the first string to 14, held with the index. Then the same again, two frets lower. The next position in measure 61 is correct except you don’t get the last note of the measure down on the second string at the 7th , but instead on the third string at the 11th. Your position for measure 62 should be 9th fret on the first string, 10th on the second, 11th on third. And you get those last two fretted notes on the fifth string by reaching over to them with your index finger. It’s a very elegant move! And no awkward stretches if you get those notes on the third string.
