Notes: A mishmash of styles here. I used Michael Corcoran's tab as a template (with his permission) as it was very similar to how I play it. The first 2 breaks are a combination of my and Michael's ideas. For the 3rd break, I asked Hans Holzherr to throw one out there, and he obliged.
