Notes: Sushi is a fine fiddle tune written by the great Kenny Baker – the most elegant bluegrass fiddler, in my opinion – and it works well on the banjo. You can see Mr. Baker playing Sushi here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Noi625ZhRR8&feature=youtu.be The version on the video comprises only 2 parts, whereas the recording of Sushi by Saskatchewan fiddler J. J. Guy on his album “Cadillac” includes a third part. My arrangement for the banjo includes all 3 parts.

Jack, do you know whether Baker ever did a studio recording of Sushi? All I could find is the video on youtube, with Eddie Adcock and Josh Graves.
