Notes: The Tarriers recorded Uncle Dave Mason's Keep My Skillet Good and Greasy on the Live at the Bitter End LP. It is in Eb, capo to 3 and the 5th string tuned to b flat. Here is a recording of the tune so you can follow along, the break starts about 1:40. Have fun: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKLDeGo_l9U

Wonderful Mike. I saw the Tarriers at a record store (remember those?) in 1962 and was blown away by Eric's break to this song, which in interesting ways is different from the classic version by Gibson and Camp, to say nothing of even classic-er (?) version by Uncle Dave.
