Notes: This is my tab for John Hartford's magical song With A Vamp In The Middle. I think it is important to stress that this is one of those tunes where the banjo interacts heavily with the other instruments. Played on it's own as a solo it sounds strange, but in combination with guitar, fiddle and dobro it springs to life.
