Notes: This quirky tune from the Penquin Cafe Orchestra has found its way into mainstream Irish and Celtic music as a reel. I've put it back to its original keys, and it can be capoed up two or four frets.

Cool, I've been listening to the YouTube video of the Penguin Cafe Orchestra, but also, even more to the Patrick Street one. (I'm already a huge fan of Andy Irvine.). I can't get the tune out of my head. This doesn't look doable for my CH style. Will need to spend sometime with your tab to see if I can play it. Cheers!
